Tuesday - Thursday 8am-8pm MT

Session Prep
Session prep has you reflect on what you’ve done to support accountability and celebration, as well as helps you to get ready and make the most for each coaching session. Reflection includes:
What have you accomplished since we last met that you want to celebrate? Any other wins or new opportunities you want to share with your coach?
What have you not accomplished and want to be held accountable for?
What would you like to focus on in our next session? What are your desired outcomes?
Session Framework
We begin our relationship by identifying your larger goals for coaching. Then, each session will follow a general framework in alignment with the International Coaching Federation core competencies, designed to help you process your situation, build awareness and create simple yet meaningful action plans. A session flows something like this:

What would success of today’s session look like?
What is this topic/goal so meaningful to you?
What is getting in the way?
[awareness building of self, mindset and situation, current and desired future state]
What have you learned about yourself today?
